aThe southern part of the newly built Champs-Meunier compound holds 3 buildings. These are scattered following a terrace scheme and sit in a rural context whilst still standing on the border of the city center. The 47 flats are each composed of 3 to 5 rooms and are transversal. The flats are distributed around a central core, allowing the scheme to be simple and efficient. Moreover, large balconies outspread the living areas, thus permitting the interior / exterior boundary to vanish.
