Villa à Pully
Located on a sloping plot facing the lake, the villa occupies a pointed parcel resulting from the division of a larger property. During the preliminary studies, the layout of the house was carefully analysed, in plan and section, in order to optimise and enhance its relationship with the view of the Lake Geneva landscape, while preserving the openness and views from the villa located to the north of the original plot.
The house has two habitable floors organised around a central room with a fireplace, staircase and skylight. A very open, light and glazed upper ground floor houses the living areas and the main entrance from Chemin du Grillon, while the lower ground floor, treated as a base, houses the bedrooms and technical rooms. Accessible directly from Avenue de Belmont, the garage occupies a detached basement, which plays on the slope and the particular geometry of the plot.
