Conjunto Residencial Cala Dor | Fase I

This residential development is located on an urban plot near Cala d'Or, in the southwest area of the island of Mallorca.
This collective housing project consists of a total of 18 dwellings, common areas, and private parking.
The units are distributed in 4 buildings of two and three floors that are located in order to free the southern part of the plot for the development of the outdoor program of pool and gardens. In turn, the need to offer large private outdoor spaces, properly conditioned, for each of the houses serves as an opportunity to offer a large common and continuous bioclimatic structure for all the pieces hosting the program of private terraces, which is also the bearer of the identity of the project in terms of architectural expression.
