La Pala

This proposal is developed under a two-phase MEP format and is located on the outskirts of Bulle. The plot in question is bordered on the north side by a busy road and is faced to the south by a low-density residential area.
The project consists of the design of a masterplan to accommodate a residential, administrative, commercial, school, social program and a large high-rise parking lot, totaling 137,000 m2.
It is proposed to densify the northern sector of the plot by locating the entire administrative and commercial program, acting as an urban element as a barrier, freeing the rest of the plot to develop the rest of the program, mainly residential, through a series of polygonal blocks open to the south and the centrality of the plot, where we would find the school and social program. This action shows, in turn, a gradation of scale from the north-outside area to the south-center area.
