The five buildings in this complex form the northern part of the new Champs-Meunier neighbourhood, in a rural setting but still close to the city. They offer 42 original homes, halfway between flats and terraced houses, all facing a central green space open to the south and the lake. All the dwellings are 4.5 rooms, with an atypical layout combining single-storey duplexes and attic simplexes accessible via external staircases.
