Conjunto Residencial Cala Dor | Fase II

This residential development is located on an urban plot near Cala d'Or, in the southwest area of the island of Mallorca.
This collective housing project consists of a total of 12 dwellings, common areas, and private parking.
The units are distributed in 3 isolated buildings of two and three floors that are located in order to free the southern part of the plot for the development of the exterior program of swimming pool and gardens. The need to offer large private outdoor spaces to all the units is also exploited in the different roof levels, offering a great diversity of options under a unitary architectural solution.
