Renovation Works Begin on the UBS Building at Saint-François

We are delighted to begin the renovation of the historic UBS headquarters at Place Saint-François in Lausanne. This ambitious project combines heritage restoration, enhanced user experience, and environmental sustainability.
The building will be transformed to modernise its reception hall, create new client areas (conference rooms, lounges, dining spaces), and redesign the workspaces. A terrace overlooking the lake will also be created.
Two new public spaces will strengthen the link between UBS and the city: a café and a restaurant. The project aims to achieve Minergie Renovation and LEED Platinum certification, thanks to the use of sustainable materials, targeted re-use of selected materials, and an energy-efficient approach.
