Located in front of the Mediterranean Sea, this residential complex comes to consolidate in urban terms this plot within the municipality of Sant Josep de Sa Talaia, on the west coast of the island of Ibiza.

The architectural proposal develops a building of mainly residential use, modulated by a configuration of grouped and staggered volumes, geometrically organized by means of a V-shaped structure open to the views towards the cove.
The particular condition of the sloping terrain, and the need to offer quality private outdoor spaces for all housing units, is again used to offer a sequence of staggered terraces arranged in a unique way, making the most of the conditions of orientation and views of the site and providing a contemporary architectural expression to the whole.
