First stone laid in Yverdon!

Plaisance reaches a key milestone: a collective project that transforms the site’s constraints into sustainable opportunities. With 95 timber-structured homes, open spaces overlooking a park-garden, and highly flexible apartments, the project combines sustainability, comfort, and adaptability for its future residents.
Thanks to all the teams and partners for their dedication to this wonderful adventure, and to the Centre Patronal, the project owner, for their support in this key milestone.
