At RDR Architects, we place particular emphasis on the professional development of our teams and on continuous professional development. We are delighted to highlight the recent achievements of three of our colleagues.
In 2024, Irene Giovanetti obtained her CAS in Sustainable Development and the Preservation of Built Heritage; Marine Gaillard obtained her federal diploma as a Project Manager specialising in building construction; and Caroline Illobre, our administrative manager and a pillar of the RDR family for over 18 years, has broadened her field of expertise by obtaining a professional coaching certification from the Elty Institute in April 2025.
We are delighted to be able to offer our teams an environment conducive to the development of their skills. These personal and professional endeavours demonstrate a strong commitment that enables us, together, to better meet the challenges of our projects and the expectations of our partners.
