Laureate of the Prix entreprises formatrices 2024

RDR architectes is delighted to be the laureate of the Prix entreprises formrices 2024, awarded each year by the City of Lausanne and Économie Région Lausanne (ERL) to companies that make a significant commitment to dual training.

We would like to dedicate this award to our team of trainers, who have demonstrated their tireless commitment over the years. For many years, they have been working to train the next generation of building draughtsmen. They are committed to passing on the skills and tools essential to their training, while offering a stimulating working environment, promising prospects and integration into project teams.

This award encourages us to continue in this direction and to support our apprentices right through to the end of their training. This year, we welcome four new apprentices from a variety of backgrounds, all driven by a shared desire to learn and to be able to quickly put their acquired knowledge into practice. The trainer's role is not just a responsibility, it's also an opportunity to constantly evolve and keep in touch with advances and developments in the field.
