6 viviendas unifamiliares en Cala Molí, Ibiza

This complex of single-family homes is located on a hillside near Cala Molí, on the island of Ibiza.
The project consists of a total of 6 villas of 400m2 of built area each.
The particular conditions of the site, with a steep slope to the north, its access to the south and the sea views to the west are the starting point for a comprehensive architectural response in terms of implementation, scale, material and form.
The different pieces that make up the isolated residential units, are implanted in a staggered way both in plan and in section, allowing all of them to preserve the sea views. The proposal offers at the same time two alternatives of programmatic organization for the interior and exterior of the units. The dwellings are configured on the basis of a rectangular plan that is "cut" diagonally to offer the best views to the west and at the same time offer the most intense moment of the dwelling in terms of architectural expression.
