We are proud to receive the Diversity-Employment-Training Award, presented by the City of Lausanne, in recognition of our commitment to the professional integration of young people from migrant backgrounds.
At RDR architects, we believe that integration is achieved through training and work, but also through personal, administrative and linguistic support.
Thank you to the City of Lausanne for this recognition, and to everyone who supports us in this human and inclusive project. This award will enable us to continue and strengthen our efforts in training, raising awareness and opening up the architectural profession.
